I just read a very interesting article on irregular heartbeat linked to death in women. Heart disease is the #1 killer in women in the United States. Most people think that more men get this disease and kills more men but it doesn't. I have worked for years in a heart hospital, the best in the nation actually! Oklahoma Heart Hospital! Every year they have a "Go Red for Women" month, which is in February. February is Heart Awarness month or Go Red for Women! I recently read an article about women and irregular heart beat, a great article! Check it out:

I have a strong family history of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, valve disorders and diabetes. So I for sure go for my check ups with my cardiologist at least once a year. Dont wait until it's too late. It's better to be safe than sorry!
